Rabotnicki 0-2 Liverpool
Skopje, July 30, 2010 (HIM)
Around 22,000 people are in attendance this evening at the Phillip II of Macedonia Arena. Liverpool has around 2,500 supporters.
Rabotnicki in the first 10 minutes has done nothing, barely hanging on to the ball. The French referee is a bit too lenient towards Liverpool’s players, as much as a wind headed towards them results in a foul.
Rabotnicki’s defense is slow, while its midfield... I have yet to locate it.

Little bit of luck was needed for Rabotnicki to defeat Ermenia side Mika with 1-0. The Skopje based side started the match well, though in the beginning was crystal clear that Mika is not an Andorran outfit and through counter attacks looked very dangerous.
In one of those counter attacks in the 37th minute, Rabotnicki defender Fernando Alkantara prevented the Mika forward from bursting wide open on goal and tackled him from behind. The referee had no option, but to issue an immediate red card. Mika rattled the post from the resulting free kick.
